At peptropic, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@peptropic.com and send your item to the address provided in the email.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and receive a replacement or refund.
